This attractive renovation project for a former client required no planning permission. The vast majority of proposed works were internal and external cosmetics with a few structural alterations and the most disruptive work taking place in the attic.

The attic conversion created a stunning office space for our client to conduct day to day business from and could be easily converted into a bedroom for future occupants requiring it.
