Set in the leafy suburb of West Bridgford in Nottingham, this delightful home sits on a large plot with a garden that demands a constant engagement with especially in our warmer English months.

Our client wanted to do exactly that and requested a single store rear extension to serve as a garden lounge with large format sliding doors that could be opened up to large terrace to create an indoor/outdoor living experience.

​

Other requirements on our design brief included a bridging of two principle living spaces, the kitchen/dining area with the new garden lounge and access to a large utility room linked directly to a remodelled garage space.

​

Work is due to start in October 2024 and could be completed as soon as March 2025.
