HS.AD would like to take this opportunity to offer our wide ranging architectural design, planning, visual, technical and administrative management skills set acquired over a combined time period exceeding 20 years of continuous training, full time practice and freelance employment. It hasn't been easy but because we love working with people and designing buildings, particularly houses, every challenge along our complex journey has been embraced as an opportunity for never ending self improvement and growth.

• Through the experiences and continuous challenges of design training and practice since 2004, we understand and have embraced the importance of maintaining a proficient design and administrative efficiency in the management of day to day contractual project responsibilities.

• We have grasped and become proficient in the use of numerous design and desktop publishing software tools that have assisted our ongoing succession of rapid, efficient and accurate work flow output.

• We are acutely aware of the importance of maintaining a cohesive working partnership where teams of people are concerned and through that awareness have developed a second nature approach to working closely and considerately with project team members in order to achieve maximum success for clients.

Our ongoing work related day to day responsibilities can be summarised as follows.

 

• Undertaking site development opportunities through an exploration of feasibility studies to determine development scope and limitations.

 

• Guiding clients through statutory UK construction industry norms and identifying unique statutory requirements and applications that may prove to be relevant to individual project development briefs.

 

• Preparing design and administrative documents through the application of numerous software packages.

 

• Submitting various applications to local authority and national services providers for planning, building control and general construction industry building services.

 

• Updating clients with application and project progress through regular meetings.

 

• Providing site related project management services relating to project particulars that concern specific housing development briefs.

 

• Maintaining a continuous communication feedback loop between head office and development site managers on all relevant project matters on a daily basis where necessary.

 

• Delivering dispute resolution between relevant project parties to ensure smooth project progression from commencement to completion.

 

• Maintaining site based quality control through personal weekly/monthly site visits and monitoring.
