What appeared initially to be a simple single storey extension for a former client soon became a highly complex project filled with frustrations and emotions due to neighbour complications that could only be resolved through a party wall agreement and planning.
The time and financial element of enduring the party wall agreement process was the source of immense stress for our client but we remained steadfast, provided solution based guidance achieved the desired end result.

Once all the the uncertainties were resolved and all parties concerned were reassured, construction progressed without further delay to convert a 3 bedroom home with attached garage into an attractive and spacious 4 bedroom family home with a beautiful terraced garden for the family to enjoy.
