HS.AD was founded by Harry Sculthorp with a single ambition: to deliver architectural design services that genuinely make a difference to people's lives. Based in Nottingham, we serve clients across the East Midlands and beyond.
Over the years, we've built a reputation for producing planning-approved designs that are both beautiful and buildable. Our portfolio spans large-scale residential developments through to sensitive single-storey extensions, and everything in between.
We're proud affiliates of the CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) and maintain close ties with the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects), ensuring our practice meets the highest professional standards.
