Langridge Homes purchased and developed a site that was formally occupied by a 1950s Clasp School Building that fell into significant disrepair, closed down and eventually demolished for safety reasons.

 

The development site now complete with 6 semi-detached and 26 detached houses offers a selection of two to five bed homes on a secluded estate off Nottingham Road in New Basford, Nottingham.

 

The development is located within the city limits giving great access to all the local shops, public amenities, schools and a short bus ride to the city centre. All that combined with the robust design approach of traditional English facing brick housing designed with modern highlights, made the development extremely popular with prospective buyers resulting in the vast majority of proposed houses being sold off-plan.
