Application Reference 2023/0474 — Gedling Borough Council Committee Granted 28th Feb 2024 One of our most ambitious projects to date — a steeply sloping, vacant site in one of Nottingham's most desirable leafy suburbs, carrying a complex planning history that required careful handling from the outset. Following an extensive pre-application enquiry, the final scheme secured approval for 13 residential units in total: a 3-bedroom detached dwelling with private garden terrace and far-reaching views across the valley, alongside 4 two-bedroom and 9 one-bedroom luxury apartments — three of which are penthouses overlooking a generous tree-lined communal garden. All units benefit from off-street car and cycle parking directly off Porchester Road. The application navigated an 18-month committee process — a testament to the complexity of the site and the persistence of our approach. Planning consent was granted by committee on 28th February 2024, and we look forward to seeing this development take shape as a genuinely high-quality addition to the local neighbourhood.
